The National Conference on Climate Change in the Himalaya was certainly worth the long train ride from the Bija Vidyapeeth. The content of the conference is in the eye of the storm as the Copenhagen Summit approaches, and the political and ecological environment rapidly deteriorates. The neglect of the water crisis in the third pole is carried out to the detriment of half of humanity who depends on the Himalaya. Navdanya’s climate change report has been compiled to fill the gap in research and was presented at the conference.
