Navdanya strives to defend biodiversity of India by restoring cultural dignity to food by celebrating the diversity of food in flavor, taste, preparation and production method.

Our gastronomy focuses on the organic food made from the diverse and nutritive grains including those that are being forgotten and disappearing from our food platter.

Our menu serves millets, dals, wheat and rices cooked in mouth watering traditional as well as innovative ways. This diversity in food platter will not only preserve our endangered crops variety but also recover and revive our traditional and culturally diverse food preparation method. Even those who have major diet restrictions due to diabetes, high blood pressures and food allergies can relish these organically grown food.
